We Support Culinary Talent of the Future

For the second year in a row, Santa Barbara Restaurant Week will donate a portion of its proceeds to ProStart®, a two-year culinary arts and hospitality management program supported and managed by the California Restaurant Association Foundation (CRAF).

140 public high schools in California (including our own San Marcos High School) use this curriculum and it reaches over 13,500 students every year. ProStart® truly changes lives through hands-on restaurant experience.

75% of diners participate in order to try a new restaurant.

Terms & Conditions: Restaurants

Once you have registered, you will be required to create a 3-course prix fixe menu that you will serve throughout Restaurant Week starting Friday, April 26th - May 5th, 2024. Your menu must be priced at $45-75 (this does not include alcohol, tax or tip). 

91% of diners are likely to recommend their last Restaurant Week restaurant to a friend or family member.

Terms & Conditions: Tasting Rooms

Once you have registered, you will be required to create a special tasting menu that you will serve throughout Restaurant Week starting Friday, April 26th - Sunday, May 5th, 2023. Your tasting menu must be priced at $20, $25 or $35 (this does not include tax or tip).
